David Doty, Treasurer of East Hampton Conservators presented a $500 check to Senator Kirsten Gillibrand’s reelection campaign. East Hampton Conservators is a political action committee whose mission is to support candidates with a demonstrated commitment to environmental protection.
Senator Gillibrand currently is a member of the important Environment and Public Works committee. She supports open space conservation, protecting our nation’s wildlife and their habitats. She has advocated for the restoration and protection of New York’s waters from Long Island Sound to the Great Lakes, and supports the local fishing industry. The League of Conservation Voters has given Ms. Gillibrand a 95% rating on environmental issues.
